OCN .Phone (IP Phone)

OCN .Phone is an IP telephone service using a broadband Internet connection. It's a great way to cutting a phone bill.

Overview of the service

·	Free phone calls between OCN .Phone users and our partnership ISP's IP phone users.
·	¥8 (¥8.4 incl. tax) for 3 minutes for nationwide calls.
·	Great rates to International calls and cell phones.
·	You can use current telephone set for OCN .Phone. There is no change in making a phone call.

Service requirements

Following OCN users are applicable for this service.

·	OCN ADSL Set Plan with OCN .Phone (IP Phone) Type1(Shared phone line with ADSL)
·	OCN ADSL "FLET'S" Plan with OCN .Phone (IP Phone) You can not make any emergency calls(i.e. 110/119) without connecting your IP phone set to the Fixed phone line. It is recommended that you have your IP phone set connected to the Fixed phone line in order to access the specific numbers which you can not call up on your IP phone.
·	OCN Hikari "B FLET'S" Plan with OCN .Phone (IP Phone)
·	OCN Hikari "FLET'S Hikari premium" with OCN .Phone (IP Phone)
·	OCN Hikari with FLET'S with OCN .Phone (IP Phone)
	You can not make any emergency calls(i.e. 110/119) without connecting your IP phone set to the Fixed phone line. It is recommended that you have your IP phone set connected to the Fixed phone line in order to access the specific numbers which you can not call up on your IP phone.

*1	Partnership ISP list (This site is in Japanese)
*2	If you haven't registered a dedicated IP phone number (050-xxxx-xxxx), please be aware that your call may be blocked due to a recipients policy such as caller ID blocking. In order to display your caller ID, you need to dial prefix number "0000" or get your dedicated IP phone number. Your phone bill will be charged by your telephone line carrier if you dial prefix number.
*3	If you haven't registered a dedicated IP phone number (050-xxxx-xxxx), the call from Public Switched Telephone Network will not be applied as an incoming IP telephone rate.
*4	Consumption tax does not apply to international calling charges. International calling rates (This site is in Japanese)
*5	NTT East / NTT West PSTN to non-partnership ISP's IP phone
*6	Some numbers are not subject of the service. Therefore, the calling charges to those numbers will be charged by your telephone line carrier.
*7	110, 117, 0120, 0570, etc. are not eligible numbers of this service. List of the numbers (This site is in Japanese)
*8	If you dial prefix number "0000", your call will be enforced to transmit Public Switched Telephone Network. If you haven't registered a dedicated IP phone number, your caller ID will not be displayed. In this case, use prefix number to display your caller ID.
*9	The call may be transmitted Public Switched Telephone Network automatically due to power outage, network congestion/problem, etc.

The total amount including tax will be billed for each service subscription number (OCN subscription number, telephone number, etc.).
Billings will be rounded down to the nearest one yen.
